The home dojo returns

Finally, I have a place to practice karate at home again. Since it looks like the sale on my condo is most likely to go through, I decided to put things back to "normal" and moved all the living room furniture into the dining room, took apart my dining room table and stowed it along with the dining room chairs in another room. I don't need to eat at a dining room table - the coffe table from my living room works just fine. So, now my empty living room looks like so:

Hurrah! It's been 7 months without being able to do any significant practice at home. I sorely missed it.

Looks great!!I wish I had a place to practice without maneuvering around coffee tables etc.... What are the two things hanging from the ceiling?

What about using the garage when there's no car in it? The only drawback is you'd have to wear shoes so your feet don't get dirty.

Those things hanging from the ceiling are rock rings. They are used for strengthening your hands and upper body - mainly used by people who rock climb.
