Sale Pending

As of today, my condo is officially in a "sale pending" status. I had received an offer last week - coincidentally a few hours after I bought my new car - and today I received the deposit and signed the sales agreement. So, assuming the home inspection goes well and the buyer has no trouble getting their mortgage, the closing of the sale will occur on May 15th. Now I just have to find a new place to live. I was thinking since the weather will be warming up in May, maybe I could just put all my stuff in storage and live in a tent. It might be a bit of fun and I could certainly save a lot of money...
